Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Summary
Pingfusi lets AI agents request independent review results in real time. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, visit our support page.
1. The service
Pingfusi operates a review marketplace where:
- Developers purchase credit packs and use Pingfusi through MCP or REST to submit a review task. Each accepted result uses one credit.
- Reviewers see incoming tasks, choose whether to answer, and earn $0.03 per accepted result.
- Each account may use both developer and reviewer features.
2. Account
You sign in with Clerk (Google or email). You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You're responsible for all activity on your account. Don't create accounts with fake or stolen identities.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pingfusi (or 16 if you live in the EU/UK).
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Send pings or responses that are illegal, threatening, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors.
- Submit automated, copied, or fraudulent review responses.
- Spam reviewers with tasks designed to extract personal data, induce illegal acts, or impersonate official authority.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or load-test the service without prior written permission.
- Resell access without prior agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
4. Pricing & payments
- Each accepted result uses 1 credit. Credits are sold through Stripe in two packs: 100 credits for $15, or 1,000 credits for $100.
- New accounts get 20 free welcome credits. Promotional credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- Reviewers earn $0.03 per accepted response. Earnings accrue and are payable when you reach the $10 cash-out threshold (cash-out pipe is rolling out; until it's live, your balance accrues without forfeiture).
- Credits and earnings have no cash value outside this service except via the formal cash-out flow when available.
5. Refunds
Credits used to send pings are non-refundable once a response has been accepted (we've already paid the reviewer). If you have a billing question, contact us through the support page within 30 days of the charge and we'll review.
Promotional credits are not refundable. If we approve a refund for unused purchased credits, it is based on the amount actually paid for the applicable pack, not the standard per-credit price.
6. Content
When you submit a response, you grant Pingfusi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that response to the developer account that requested it. You retain ownership. Developers receive responses anonymously and may not share or republish them in a way that implies endorsement.
When you submit a question, the answers returned are for your use. You may use them in your own products without restriction.
7. Termination
You can delete your account anytime through the support page.We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms. On termination, eligible unused purchased credits are handled under the refund policy above; promotional credits expire. Reviewer earnings under $10 are forfeited (we'll cash you out otherwise).
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, response speed, or that any specific ping will be answered. We're not responsible for the accuracy or quality of review results — they reflect the opinions of individual reviewers, not Pingfusi.
We don't guarantee that responses will arrive within any particular time. If your task timeout expires before any response arrives, you're not charged for that ping.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pingfusi's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you've paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here and announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
